Wetherington Builders, Inc. includes Phil Wetherington, president, Dawn Wetherington and Brittany Henley, office manager, with Chris Becker and Heath Wetherington as job superintendents and Don Montgomery, master carpenter, who has been with our company 19 years. Our company has a combined experience of over 60 years in the custom home building business. Hammond's Ferry

Phil Wetherington had the honor of being the first builder selected by the North Augusta Riverfront Development Company to the Hammond’s Ferry Builders’ Guild. Wetherington Builders was the first certified Guildmaster chosen in the Hammond’s Ferry Development by the third party company Guild Quality, who constantly measures our previous customers’ experiences and satisfaction. With the national average of 60%, a Guildmaster must maintain above a 90% recommendation from the customer.
